Release Notes
Rosi 0.2.1
Rosi 0.2.1 is the supported replacement for 0.2.0. It includes everything introduced in that release, with safe upgrades from earlier Rosi versions.
More capable conversations
- Send several Telegram messages and attachments together and have Rosi treat them as one request instead of answering fragments separately.
- Keep long conversations fast and focused while Rosi can still recover relevant details from earlier messages when you need them.
- Continue interrupted conversations more reliably, with completed replies staying consistent between Telegram and conversation history.
- Receive the answer Rosi actually completed, without a correct follow-up being replaced by an unrelated status message.
Connected work and research
- Use Connected Apps from any signed-in Rosi setup, with a clearer connection flow when an account still needs access.
- Ask Rosi to research from the full saved conversation, attachments, and connected information instead of only the latest message.
- Follow longer research as it progresses, resume it after interruptions, and get clearer explanations when something cannot continue.
- Receive complete research reports as readable PDFs, with the full Markdown report delivered when PDF creation is unavailable.
- Read wide research tables more comfortably in generated reports.
- Give Rosi direct browser tasks more naturally, with more reliable page-request recognition and updated built-in browser support.
Mac reliability and updates
- Upgrade from earlier Rosi versions without getting stuck in sign-in, losing the Assistant's running state, or breaking existing Telegram topics.
- Repair local requirements during upgrade and show real Mac readiness failures without pretending the user was signed out.
- Keep a working Assistant available while Rosi resolves account or local readiness problems, and restore its previous running or stopped state after sign-in.
- Clear recovery warnings after the Assistant is healthy and show a specific action when the user can actually resolve a problem.
- Install updates from inside the Mac app, see download progress, and reopen Rosi into the updated version.
- See the current Assistant state in the Mac app instead of a stale cached status.
- Keep Rosi-owned files, setup, and local identity consistently under Rosi when upgrading from an earlier installation.
